Installation of foundation engineering

The ground for the machine installation shall be the cement floor with the thickness of above 200mm.

1 Level

Adjust the four M20 nuts on the foot, adjust the footing screws on both ends first, and use the frame level (200-250) to measure the upper board of plane; repeatedly adjust and confirm the level adjustment, then fasten the rest footing screws.

2 Connect the power

Please refer to the corresponding circuit diagram for connection to the power supply cord.

The power cord shall be the five-line BVR power cord with the tolerance of 50Hz /1000V and the cross-sectional area of more than 8 square millimeters;

Power: three-phase five-line (U, V, W, N, PE) 380V±5V 50-60HZ AC.

3 connect the air supply

The pressure of 0.5-0.8Mpa and compressed air of 0.4m/min are needed for the operation, and the user shall adopt the qualified air supply and connect the φ12 pipe to the pressure regulating filter of the machine.

4 Installation considerations

The inversion or collision is not allowed;

Be gentle when opening the case, so as not to damage the machine parts;

Accept the product certificate, specification and packing list, and keep the random quick-wear part and tools.

5 Debugging

After the machine is installed in accordance with the above regulations, the trained technical personnel shall carefully read this manual before debugging.
