Q1: How much is the sample cost?

A: Usually, We can make sample free on simple design, but for those complex design, you need to pay for production costs and shipping cost.

Q2: How long will it take for sample and mass production?

A: Normally we need 5-7days to finish the sample,while it will take longer for some complicated designs.

Lead time is 18--30 days ,actual delivery time depend on your order quantity and our production schedule. 

Q: How can I get my hat if i place the order to you?

A: That depends on the quantity you order, the hats will be shipped to you by express for 100 to 2,000 pieces order.  (DHL,FedEx, door to door) 2,000-10,000 pieces mostly to be shipped by sea.
