Fluorescent Acid Fixing AgentLFX

Fluorescent Acid Fixing Agent LFX,a polyphenolic derivative of Nylon fixing agent,does not show any discolor on treated fabric that usually occurs when normal fluorescent acid fixing agent is applied. It can effectively enhance washing fastness and perspiration fastness of Nylon fabric without affecting the fluorescent color tone and shade.

Applications 

Applied range:

Dye fixation of Nylon, wool, silk, and other fabrics with acid dyes dyeing or printing.

Medium-light color:

LFX: 1~2% (owf),

Bath ratio 1:10~20, Temperature at 70℃ for 20min, Wash and dry.

Medium-dark color:

LFX: 2~3% (owf),

Bath ratio 1:10~20, Temperature at 70℃ for 20min, Wash and dry.

Pad dyeing method:

Light color: 10~20g/L or Medium color: 20~40g/L at 70℃.

Packageand Storage

50kg or 125kg plastic drum.

Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.
