Surface Treatment

Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material is a powder metallurgical material with strong chemical activity, its characteristics are hard and brittle, and it is easy to be oxidized and corroded. Based on this feature, the most effective method currently adopted is to coat the surface. The usual methods are blue and white zinc plating, color zinc, nickel copper nickel, chemical nickel, epoxy resin, phosphating and so on.

We can also perform surface treatments such as silver plating, gold plating, Everlube, etc. according to your requirements.

Reliability Test

PCT test

No cracks, peeling, bulging, rust and other defects were found in the coating after 48 hours of testing at 120 ℃ / 100% RH / 2atm

Salt spray test

After continuous spraying for 48 hours at 35 C /5% NaCl solution, the coating is not blackened or rusted.

Aging test

Under 120 ℃ for 2 hours, the magnetic flux decay rate is less than or equal to 10%

Tension test

The shrinkage is less than 1 / 3 of the area in 3S
