If the shelf life of fresh beer is generally less than 7 days, it can be filled near the fermentor without aseptic room; if it is a bottled draft beer, the beer product with a shelf life of more than 1 month, the beer is required to be aseptic after instant killing or aseptic filtration, and the filling equipment must be operated in the aseptic room to avoid bacterial infection. If cooked beer is filled and sterilized after filling, it can be filled near the fermentor. It only needs to be filled in a clean and tidy space, without the need for aseptic filling.
